I've been chasing a refund for almost a month. They've admitted to the item getting lost in transit and that I was due a refund. This was over a month ago, and in that time they've ignored about 15 emails. Do not give them a single penny

Absolutely horrendous customer service! I’ve actually used these guys for years to purchase my chihuahuas flea spot control.
I noticed a new website design and the cost of my flea control had gone up by 20% compared to what I paid. Still spend £35+ on 27th April …. It’s now the 5th May and since I heard nothing
I dropped them an email asking when will they dispatch?!
Received an email back regarding flea control “regulations” although I filled this information on line before purchase they state website issues they need to ask before they send them out!
I replied to that email with the information they requested! Sent another email stating for the inconvenience offered me £6 refund. 1 min later receives another email stating full refund as they don’t have my item in stock! So took them 5 working days to ask me questions I filled in online. Then 2 minutes after that to send me another email stating full refund “out of stock” absolutely disgusting behaviour. They no longer deserve my loyalty and I will no longer purchase anything from this company. I don’t know what’s happened to these guys but by the reviews below they have serious problems in customer service

Good prices. Had to wait a bit longer due to stock arriving, that was no problem for me. I had to send an email and had one straight back. Would recommend this firm.

I ordered two Frontline plus for dogs, after several emails the package eventually arrived after 16 days.
I was annoyed and then angry when I found that I had been sent the cheaper version spot on.
I received an instant reply to yet another email with an apology and the correct order will be sent. How much longer will I have to wait? I have been asked to return the wrong order by freepost and obtain a receipt the post office is 2 miles away and I am well over 80. I can do without all this.

Ordered, Paid, STILL WAITING for delivery without any idea of dispatch or delivery .. lacking correspondence from the company had to open a PAYPAL dispute for a refund!

Ordering is quick and easy, notification of dispatch also very quick. Price is very competitive. This said the courier company used didn't deliver my order until 8 days after the order was sent out. Please take note, Petwell management, and consider using another courier in future as this may sway my decision to shop elsewhere in future.

The wring items were sent to me, after quite a wait.
I emailed the company asking to return them and send a replacement. I have still heard no reply and that was over a week ago.

I ordered Wafcol for our Cocker Spaniel after searching everywhere for a good price.I will now be ordering from Petwell instead of Amazon.Delivery took a full week from day of order (this maybe due to living in N Ireland).

Always find the items I order excellent value & delivery on time. Only had 1 experience of a slightly delayed delivery. However, when I contacted Petwell for an update, they responded quickly & I received my items soon afterwards
